HOW IT WORKS

 

IN YOUR 20 is the first real 'Connection App' of it's kind. A tool to reconnect mind to body and soul to soul with another from around the world.

Below is a video of 2 screen recordings placed side by each to show both people's perspective of our in app LIVE SESSION shared experience. The guided audio for this recording is '20 Breaths of Gratitude'.

 

 

Here are the steps that this recording demonstrated:

1) Within the app, one person invites another person from their connections list

2) They select one of several different guided sessions, where each has a specific intention.

3) The other person receives the invite, and chooses to accept or pass

4) If they accept, the app syncs each others video feed and begins the shared session

5) Both people experience the same guided breathwork session and follow along in sync to one another, where bot are muted to remain present with one another

6) When the session finishes, both are encouraged to provide genuine feedback of the shared experience to strengthen and grow our community

 

Each of our LIVE SESSION experiences have specific breathing modalities to evoke intentional responses from your anatomic nervous system. All will shift your physiology from an acidotic state to an alkaline state and bring your mind into the present moment. Some will energize you and others will calm you, all while safely holding space for one another, building a meaningful connection in the process.
