A beginner awakening breathwork sequence to elevate your consciousness & shift yourself out of lethargy, negativity, or a morning fog. Build internal connection mind to body & create a meaningful human connection through soul gazing (eye contact) when sharing a live session within the IN YOUR 20 app. As the breaths are rapid, feel free to breathe through your mouth if needed.
